Beginning at just 11 years old, my life long relationship with health and fitness has built me into the person I am today. With a degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences, multiple years of experience as a certified coach and trainer, and in 2023 winning my Professional status as a Natural Men’s Physique Competitor, fitness has been the major through line of my life. Having worked with hundreds of clients both in the U.S. and Internationally, my passion now lies in helping others achieve their own goals.

MY PROMISE
I am not you and cannot pretend that what fits into my life can perfectly fit into yours. Having worked with hundreds of people from18-85 though, I can promise to work with each individual to find the changes that work for you and your goals. I will not give my clients cookie cutter responses. I will take time to listen and understand what roadblocks lie in front of us and how I can help you around them to achieve success.
About Me
IAN SCRIVEN
When I’m not training clients or building programs, I spend my time eating, lifting and relaxing with my girlfriend and our three cats Guts, Bones and Protein. I still actively compete in Pro Natural Men’s Physique competitions while working and spending time with friends and family. I try and live by the same principles that I teach my clients so that they can see first hand that I practice what I preach. Fitness is an important part of life but it is not the only part of any of our lives, and balance is key.
