Nutrition Programming
For many, diet is often the more complicated and difficult lifestyle change to make as it intersects with the other aspects of our day to day life. Food can be our fuel but it is also plays a role in how we connect with our friends and families, how we relax and celebrate and for some how we cope with stress. My college degree was specifically focused in Nutrition for this reason. I have had a lifelong obsession with learning how to balance a diet that is both nutritious and health focused, while also flexible enough to accommodate all that life has to offer. There are several ways of doing this, and like training, each person will have a method they prefer that aligns better with their own goals.
Meal PLans
Meal plans are the more structured and rigid form of diet control. They offer less flexibility but typically less thought and for some their repetitive nature takes the guess work out the equation. For those who know what they like and want a results oriented diet built around their schedule. A meal plan is built with your preferences in consideration, but the meals are often repeated for convenience in order to hit consistent daily goals that lead to consistent health and fitness goals.
Flexible Macro Tracking
Macro tracking is the flexible version of dieting that many who are new to diet control often benefit from learning how to do. In this version of dieting, no food is “off the table” per say. A custom set of Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat “Macros” are set for each individual, and their job is to hit these desired numbers each day with whatever foods they choose. For many with flexible schedules and a desire to learn how their body responds to a varied diet this can be extremely beneficial.
Exercise Programming
Individuality is the focus of my program design. We all have different goals and we all have different lives with unique variables to take into consideration. My role as coach is to help craft the exercise program that will lead you as the client towards your goals, while avoiding the pitfalls that you may be susceptible to. Adjusting as needed while we progress and goals change, in order to continue seeing consistent success over the long run.
Monthly virtual programs
The basic foundation of success in fitness is a good plan. Together we will discuss your current health status, your past experiences and goals for the future. Understanding what resources you have available and what methods of tracking success and measuring progress work best. Programs can be built and adjusted entirely online and progress check-ins conducted remotely. Packages have a base monthly price but if desired, virtual video calls with guided exercise instruction or bonus nutrition education can be included A-la-carte for an extra fee.
